Nokia N95 - worth the upgrade?

I have a SE K800i...is it worth getting the N95? Is the battery life that poor on the N95 and performance wise, how does this phone fare? Also, I read stuff about the SE P1 which looks pretty cool as well...I wonder if that would be a better choice in the long run. Any suggestions? Yeah, I can't seem to decide on a phone, since once I make up my mind something new keeps coming out. If it helps, I am looking for a phone that definitely has WIFI.
 
try HTC Kaiser, may not have a 5MP Camera, but WTF would you have a 5MP camera on a phone? that 5MP aint going to be better than a 2MP SLR
