....and I like this blurb..

meaning.....4 weeks after them stringing you along that Nokia has pushed it back they wont allow you to get a refund. 1300+ and you'll be recieving it a week after the people who bought it for 900-1000 usd when it's formally released....
Crock!

They dont have it in stock. THey advertise..usually ships in 7-14 business days. They're only running off the rumored estimates we discuss here.

heres a link to a phone "instock"...1-2 days shipping
http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/code-c/section-electronics/version-mp/did-10/pid-1004593651/

and many others say usually ships within 7 business days.
If they have it then why the lofty shipping times.
Crock!

So they can do this when you e-mail them:

"Hello Sir,

The shipment from Nokia is coming in 7 days."

Every 7 days you e-mail them until it is released.

It's amazing how many scammers are out there.

The more Nokia delays.. the more stable N95 we get Remember N91 release? they delayed so much.. when it was finally released, it was 'the most stable' phone!

What's the purpose of this post? We all know what the phone looks like already. Big deal of the colour. Tell us something we don't know. Sucka.

850mhz is one of the GSM frequencies used here in the US and Canada. 1900mhz is the other. Many phones are tri-band (900/1800/1900) so most Cingular/AT&T customers wont stick with them because it lacks the other band.

So you are saying that a phone that we started hearing about in November is coming out in June/July? Why are people bothering then?

By then this model will be nothing to be so blown away by... look at HTC. Nokia, why? Why?
