Nokia N95 release date 17th FEB,07?

Kind of a double post because I asked this in another thread (although unanswered).

Will this support Edge thru T-Mobile in US?

and at 3000 a pop he's going to make some nice scratch......wonder why he didnt invest in a nice digi to snap a better pic than that grainy mofo

and that other post with a link to "glamourmobile" with the N95 for $726. That's for real and I just bought 4 units. I paid westernunion MO so I should be good!

i've been lurking around these forums for a while now, waiting to make my first foray into s60. i was this close to getting an n73 or n93, but when the n95 was announced i figured i'd just wait. i'm so sick of my pos w810i. as for the fcc approval, that's nice and all, but there's no way this will ever get carrier backing from cingular or tmo. they can't even get the n75 out. i do remember however, reading an article that stated the u.s would evenvtually be getting the n95 or like product feature wise in 2007. i just can't see that happening anytime soon. i mean look how much they're charging for the iphone, which is light years behind what the n95 would bring. how much would the n95 cost with a contract? a grand? the best case scenario is nokia's u.s. website getting it, which is better than nothing i guess. i know i can buy online, i'm just cautious from some disasters i have dealt with in the past, so ilike the fact that i can get support from nokia directly. i'm just so tired of getting shafted here with terrible phones. is the u.s ever gonna be let in the loop, because it's seriously annoying. when 4g is out everywhere else, we'll still be stuck on 3g, it's a joke.

...at least by then most manufacturers will hopefully make their handsets compatible throughout the world with all highspeed data services.

as a tester for a living, i can tell you that the developer always has a better version of what the testers have. so it's not entirely unlikely that the phone doesnt have better versions of the firmware than you have. now as far as this release date is concerned, it is probably 90% wrong. not a single media outlet has said any of these release dates. if the dealers have dates (that are supposedly good), then im sure engadget or some other place would have talked about it by now.

that is verry good to hear, but the N95 still has no BT approval, hence i hope they got BT approval today so that there are no more official approval stuffs to stop it from being released, but of course we all know that there are also still some software stuffs to be sorted out...

Have them in stock and ships to US. However, just look at the price tag. Also they're very slow with shipping. Ships out after like 7 days.

The site is legit (and the page loaded fine). The phone is not officially released in Hong Kong, but there are reports of imported N95 have already made their way over there.

But they sure do price gouge, $1380USD?
