i think they will only do that if its too obvious that the battery sucks.

I mean for light users the battery will be fine on n95, which is not the case in the 8800/1

Check this guy on ebay... from his history and location there's a good possibility he's working down at the Flagship... he CLAIMS that it will be released tonight down at the Nokia Flagship in NYC (I'm here for the week and hoping to get lucky!)

The guy seems to have really good feedback so maybe he knows something... at least I hope he does!

I never played with a perl before but from what i know the N95 isnt as big as the pics and videos make it seem. If im correct its not much bigger then the N80. As in thick wise...

Now the N80 is about as thick as my A1200 just only slightly... very slightly thicker.. I played with the N80 a while back.. ( Nice phone but only had it to change the housing)

And as you may know the A1200 is just slightly bigger then the RAZR.. IF you need a comparo of the maxx to the ming ill show you, but i think its just the boxy style of the N80 and N95 that makes the illusion that its bigger then it really is..
