Nokia N95 is coming soon...

well...I'm about to put my wifes treo 650 on the B/S/T. Few months old with a slight scratch on the screen ( ) I wanted to kill her for that as I knew she would grow tired of it and ask me to resell it.

....although i would never recommend it to a Nokia user. It's an obnoxious phone IMO.
 
Take Cingular for example.. the phones they offer FREE are crappy.. costs no more than $100 max to them. On top of it, they make you sign a 2 yr contract. They can easily offer $200-$300 discount on a 2 yr contract which will make customers/cell manufacturers happy as it would boost the number of subscribers & sale of handsets. It is a win-win situlation for everybody. But Cingular is against it hence Nokia has the "don't care" attitude to NA.

I agree. A friend of mine, lol, was using a prototype n95 several weeks ago and said that he didn't find any bugs in the firmware. If nokia delays it its cause of strategic marketing reasons and certainly not firmware related.
 
I agree but if they sell them unbranded and free of the cingular shackles then why not try and turn a dime? I mean ****, they already manufactured the damn things..why not extend their network to NA's. Hell, they dont even need to have em in stock...just ship the mofos from hongkong like every other online retailer and ill be happy. I just want a genuine Nokia warranty! (and I know they are slow and a pain in the *** but which warranty department isnt)
 
I never really like the treo phones.. I had the 650 before my ming and thought it was good at all.. Very uncomfortable to hold by your eyes.. Glad i got rid of it honestly..

Im very curious how this N95 feels when you talk on it.. I think angel said it compares to holding a N73 by your ear.. problem is i have no ideal what thats like. haha
