right now I'll take a frgn pink one if thats what it takes....somehow I doubt any other human has touched that N95 of yours so me getting a hold of it is highly unlikely.

Please do not know ask me why the 365 day license is cheaper than the 71 day one -_-* And no its not a typo -_-*
 
My neighbors house has been on the market for 6 months and has dropped 125k as well. I keep telling my wife that were okay where we are and if we buy we must sell and it's all relative....good deals but you get much less than you expect out of your own so it's sort of a wash. Obviously a smaller loan amount on a nice pad but I expect to make some duckets damnit!
