I've used both and I really can't tell the difference. That $18 is before shipping, which is another $6 or so. I guess it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to the N95 though.

unless they had handwritten tagged pics it was a fake. sellers of legit items always give lots and lots of pictures because they have nothing to hide. you can tell the scams because they usually just have the pictures from the google image search for whatever phone they are using to scam you.
wow...just wow. Well at least they allow u to ask for a clear reason instead of just a simple sentence. Better than creating "temp" usernames to ask why u are banned which is acceptable back then.
Have you ever known Nokia to be like that, ever? They rather release the phone as soon as possible and worry about the bugs/problems at a later time. That's why there's NSU and firmware updates.
