Nokia N95 is coming soon...

I can no longer afford to get the N95. I will be forced to wait until the prices drop to a more reasonable rate. As for my financial status, I am unable to disclose such personal information at this time.

Of course everyone can say that, but they are a dealer and it does not look good for them if they serve lies like that. I used to be the manager at a cellphone store and I cannot say I have heard of other stores giving exact dates when they know they can't keep them, but of course, you never know.

How is their reputation anyways? Generally good or have they pulled off stunts like this before?
 
Its not better. Optical zoom on a digicam sensor is like putting an amp on MP3 player playing 64kbps files. There is little value in amplifying a bad signal.

For all the hype on Noka cameras on N73 and N93, lets face it, I wouldnt pay more that $30 for a standalone 35mm digicam that produced the pictures these things do. There is awful purple fringing present and the detail is pretty weak for a 3MP camera.

You'd be far better off with a higher quality sensor that gets you a true picture. And a better quality lens. Deal with that first before shoving optical zoom in front of the already poor picture these things are producing.
