In a word.....YES. To pocket 1300 hundred on a pre-sale when you know damn well they are getting it for wayway less. Shame on you phonesourceUSA. Two of my most recent purchases have been from them. An E61 and an N73 and I think those will be the last. They are importers out of Vegas and post here on hofo fairly frequently. If they are misrepresenting the release date to get the pre release price spike out of consumers then my money will be spent elsewhere from now on. I've defended them on these forums and i'm thinking that was a mistake.

Obviously Ebay didnt which is why they shut it down! ...I've said this before but I'm glad Ebay is actively monitoring the scams and shutting them down. There are a ton of bogus listings but at least they are making an effort now.
 
From what i've seen the Sand is the most appealing. At this point I'll take either one and where their manufactured wont be a factor. Yes, I would love a Finnish made Sand but i'm not greedy at this point....and if theirs a slight mark up for a specific color i'll take the cheaper of the two.
 
Mobilecityonline is around the corner from me and yes they are legit. But don't count on them to be one of the first to get the N95. Maybe after it's been released for awhile. They are never the first kids on the block.
 
I haven't sold it yet but I did buy an OEM red/white full housing, should arrive anyday now. I'll probably keep it until the N95 comes out "officially."
 
I think I was exagerating when I said 1300...Something closer to 1000-1100 shipped is more likely. Much more than 1300 is not going to happen. Importgsm sells protos months before release and they would spike it like that but other than Ebay, no legit on-line retailer will dare sell it for something beyond 1100 shipped IMO.
