N95 Durability

Don?t try this at home?
Eventually all of my phones get put through an accidental durability test, some sooner than others. The N76, for example, that I had at CES got a durability test within the first hour. Also? the next day? three times, and once from about 6 ft onto a tile floor. It came through with nary a scratch on it. I?ve even dropped my N800 a few times and it?s still running flawlessly.
The N95 lasted a bit longer. Two days to be exact. Last night on the way out of the building it not only got dropped on the pavement, it got fired onto the pavement. It was more like a tennis swing actually. I started to fumble it and as it fell I tried to catch it from the top. Instead of grabbing it, I actually hit it, firing it into the pavement. The phone went one way, the batter cover went the other way, and the battery went in a third direction.
The good news is that it survived. The bad news is that it?s not all shiny and new looking anymore. Really though, it?s not that bad, it?s only a couple of light scratches and considering the speed at which it hit the ground I?m lucky it?s alive period.
I think it?s important to re-iterate that this was an accident and in no way provides any guarantees from the company I work for. Let me take this opportunity to say? I would like to see you do that with an iPhonEE . Better yet, try using the US 3G network, taking good pictures, making a good video, syncing over bluetooth, installing a new program, using GPS, listen to music on your stereo bluetooth headset. Oh that?s right, you can?t. Sorry, I just couldn?t help myself. Ok, no more iPhonEE stuff from me. Promise.
.....considering this guy works for Nokia and lives in the States I'm assuming they provided him with a NA 3g version similar to the N80's that supported US3g. Damn him!!
......and 2 days into it the Big Spaz drops the phone??
