By no means do I intend to take away any of your rights on HoFo. I also won't question your importance versus mine, but will your credibility on your reputation, as it would mean a great deal to me to leave these boards, whereas someone with now 9 posts could do so without being noticed whatsoever. By this and also the typical result that comes from clicking links about unknown companies carrying unreleased phones from such a person with "nothing to lose" on HoFo, I can only concur that this website is another scam.
Aside from this, the E90 hasn't been FCC approved, much less proto-tested, and was announced by Nokia directly that it would retail for $1000.
The problem with posting links to these false vendors as a newb by definition of low post count is that other newbs will get over-excited finding such a link, and make a foolish purchase without bothering to read the entire thread where the link was disproved as credible by other long-standing HoFo members. Thus, newbs confusing newbs. I agree that spending so much money should be done with extreme caution, but you're only adding problems if you post such a link most of us can spot as fake instantly, while a few may fail to see this and make a large, expensive mistake. I could post every fake eBay auction for the N95 on eBay right now and update it daily, but not only would I be wasting the time of the patient members willing to take the time to find out which auctions are legit and which are not, but I'd also be giving the impatient members a real tough experience through Paypal and eBay's fraud protection ahead of them.
That being said, I'd LOVE to be proven wrong about this company. If someone would dare throw down a credit card and provide pictures of their new N95, I will gladly sit down, and perhaps order one from that website myself.
And I do like you. You're spunky.
