Nokia N95-8GB i got a problem

Hey everyone, i have the phone mentioned in the title and its been working good ever since i bought it. I bought it in europe, unlocked, when i was on vacation last year.
I live in USA, so instead of using T-mobile prepaid sim card that got expensive,
i decided to buy a plan at AT&T network.

Everything was working good and then my phone suddenly had problem with text messages. One night i was sending text messages and it didnt want to send any of them. The messages remained in the OUTBOX and it wouldnt send the message ever. I left it like that and waited to see what will happen. After couple minutes, some message appeared that said that my general memory is full and that i should close some applications. I dont have any applications running or opened.. thats why i dont understand why is it saying that. I tried to see if the message center number or network number for sending messages changed, but it wasnt..u kno when u go to messages/settings/..
My friend told me i should install new software, but i just wanted to see if anybody knows what could be a problem and if i should really install new software?

Everything else works perfectly fine and that i can receive text messages, the only problem is that I cannot send any.
If anyone didnt understand some part, i can try explaining better.

can you receive a message ,if can ,it will be your mobile setting 's wrong ,you can compare with other's n95,do the same as them,:smart:sure ,it works well.if can't ,i think it is your service ,you can ask them for help.
 
yea i can, i can receive calls, text messages, everything i mean everything but sending text messages works.. its weird. its not like i messed around with settings or anything it suddenly stopped sending them. then i turned it off and on again and it worked and stopped working again.. its random. i tried to go to AT&T but assholes say ITS BROKEN AND I SHOULD GET NEW ONE FROM THEM...of course. In europe people are helpful, these bastards here wouldnt help ****. but w/e i just tried to see if u guys know anything about this, if not ill eventually figure it out myself i hope. thanks for the replay:)
 
Just to let everybody know, I fixed it..all i had to do is do back-up and update software.
