Well I didn't get mine from X1387..

I got mine through a friend who has a contact on a seller in UK.

He's just highly recommended! Alot of Hofoers go to him for phones..

Well as for warranty no! What worse can happen to your phone?

I bet you 95% of Hofoers don't have any warranty for their Nokia Handsets.
