Hey will a Nokia N93 work for Cingular? I want to buy this phone but i want to make sure it'll work when i put my sim card in. aAnd what do i have to do to make the mms and browser settings work? PLEASE HELP!!

It will but you'll get horrible coverage - N93 is only triband (is missing the all-important 850 band). Unless you can get by on the 1900 band, skip it and get the N95.

I live in the DC Metro area and I couldn't make or receive phone calls in some instances. The signal bar fluctuate up and down within the same spot. Not worth it in my opinion.

Tmobile works great in Houston. I live here and am on Tmobile, have been for the last 6 years. Couldn't tell you about cingular 1900 coverage though, because I've never used them.

Don't even bother with Cingular 1900 in Houston, or pretty much anywhere in Texas really. Majority of the state requires you to be using 850 on Cingular.

I suggest picking up a different phone or switching to T-mo. And although most tourist cities have good 1900 coverage, most tourists are also probably gonna be roaming on T-mobile.
