Nokia N80 .. luv ya .. 4GB miniSD .. Yep!! : )

I think thorough testing would be to fill the entire 4GB card with data and let the phone read each and every file without errors.

We all know that the SD spec tops out at 2GB, and SDHC takes the limit even higher. Still, there are some ways to get these phones to read above 2GB, but I think it's hit or miss.

Sort of like the days of overburning CDRs; it was nice, but now all CD-ROMs could read the discs.

I donno..I'm still confused why other threads in the s60 forum state that with some people it worked, and with others it didn't, and why/why not

Is there a limit with the firmware/software that it can't handle over 2gb?

lmfao! Thanks but I'm not sure that's entirely true!

Yup....and I've sold things on hofo before and Have always been careful to never linky up the bay
.....should have read
"Banned for being an IDIOT"

Ok, this is great news....now does this apply to other N-series models?
Would be great for my N93....

btw this could be a problem for the N91 (4gb version), the 4 gig hard drive was the main selling point, atleast they have the 8 gb version now.

Angel wing I went to the Nokia forum, to the Wiki and to the sub folders, and your name appears numerously under the LAST POST column when viewing all the threads...trying to get admin dude? LOL I think if the actual posts were useful then....LOL maybe? lol jk man
