does this phone use full screen wallpapers or just themes? do the themes change the ringtone each time like they do on the nokia 6133?
 
The only way for a wallpaper to display full screen is to embed the image into a theme. Some themes for both s60 and s40 also have ringtones attached.

Why all the lies and confusion?
 
I've owned several s60 devices including the N73. The ONLY way to get a wallpaper to FILL your screen is to embed the image into a theme. You can do this most easily at ownskin.com, though the designs are a little basic.

as for wallpapers use themeDIY which you choose the pic as the background. also OP you ask to many questions and you dont have the phone. Until then browse through the these forums and you can find may answers to you questions.
 
Imagine how upset he'd be when he t turns that N73 on for the first time and tries to change the wallpaper on his theme? Sure, it can be done, but not without embedding it in a theme, which is exactly what Theme DIY does. And it sucks.

To the original poster, I would ask questions too if I was about to spend $400 on a device I didn't know a lot about. Next time try the search button or the s60 wiki for any other questions.

To Angel, while it is true that you newb it up from time to time, you didn't do so this time, so I apologize.
