ok i havent seen this post anywhere but i got my nokia n73 to be recognized by windows media player (10) ( i found a driver online) and i was able to sync my music thru it, ( synced it on my 2 gig memory card) now the problem is the built in mp3 wont update my library. i went into the built in file manger and looked for them on my card. i can open them and play them, in the bulit in music player, but only 1 by 1. i also have lgc jukebox. (lonley cat games) i can play all of the files i sync thru wmp fine. the question is how do i get the built in one to see the files? any thoughts

Umm.. In the Music application, if you open up the Music Library there should be an option to update library. On mine, it says "Update Music library" and this function looks for music files on the phone's memory and on the SD card.

Where did you store your files? What path?

Just for argument's sake, I saved an mp3 to the root of my SD card. Music library found it and added it.

i let windows media player make there own folders, so it went something like music ( main) bob marley(sub folder) then jammin, so each artist has it own folder windows media player made. like i said i can open them up and play them one by one buy not in a row, but if i just drop them on my card it finds it right away

Mass storage, media never works

OK. I've got WMP10 on my computer. After synchronizing, files are stored under x:\Music\Artist\Album.

When updating through the Music application, it finds these files immediately without any issues. I'm not really sure what you are doing, but I'm thinking that there is a step you are missing.
