if you like N73, you'll like the N73ME.
i prefer it much better than the original N73
 
if you want it to work for cingular to be safe make sure you buy a Quad-Band phone because most tri-bands only have 900/1800/1900 frequencies and cingular uses the 850 frequency in a lot of areas so these tri-band phones wont work :)
