2 questions.
1)i want to get rid of everything on my phone but keep the stuff that it came wi.th how do i do this?also off the memory card and the phone
2)how do i get album art onto the music when i have music edition firmware

*#7370#, code is 12345 will basically put the phone back how it was when you pulled it out of the box.

you can format the memory card through your pc or go to tools/memory card/options/format with the card in the phone.

Album Art, I believe that Nokias read the idv3 tag, so you need to have your album art tied to that tag. Just having it tagged with art in iTunes won't jive.
