Nokia N73: $420 shipped? GOOD?

Seriously, I keep seeing people talk about red/white and I wasn't going to say anything, but it's so nice to hear that at least one more person agrees that red/white just looks like a clown's phone (of course I haven't actually seen one first hand, so I don't know).

When I was buying mine, locally, in China Town, the sales person actually was discounting the red/white ones and charging more for the silver/plum (the dark brown) ones--which is what I got.

I went to a local cell phone shop and asked the clerk for a new OEM BP-6M battery for the N73 and that was the problem. He wanted $65 for it, I told him I was just browsing. I'm gonna get celluloco to send me another battery, hopefully.

As I stated in my first post, yes it is Made By Nokia.

I should have my N73 in a day or two. White/mocha is probably the best combination of colors in my opinion.

What can go wrong with a Made By Nokia N73?

Made in Finland's are known for their durability and of course their hard to find.

As for Made by Nokia their good also but their are alot of deffect on the built.

Also know this.. I think this has been proven.

Made in Finland didn't come with a memory card the 128MB one, instead they came with lens cleaner and a hand strap.

As for the Made by Nokia ones they came with a 128MB card but no hand strap and lens cleaner!

I think that's the only difference!

So I guess I'm gonna go with the batches...

Cause majority of the Finland ones never came with a card..

I checked the reviews also to confirm. Its also stated no memory card included as CONS.

When I read your posts I thought I was going to received the strap and lens cleaner so I bought the 2GB memory card. So I now I have both, oh well.

That's what I thought too..

But majority of the 1st batch I think like mine.. Never came with a card, even on the reviews I read.. That's one of the CONS no memory card..

Then alot of people been getting Made by Nokia N73's with 128MB card.. I remember reading a thread where people who had the N73 and posting what they have on their N73 package.

I remember angel_wing who has a N73 Finland as well that didn't come with a card.

I guess they have changed the packaging rule.. Its kinda unfair!

But who cares! In my prespective.. I don't think you would enjoy the N73 with just 128MB card anyway.. Your going to end up buying a bigger card size anyway!

So I guess its better to not just have one!
