Nokia N70 doesnt have Icons on main screen

Hi, I flashed my N70 to a ME edition, and when I checked it had

Those 5 icons on the screen, Messages/Gallery/Music Player and 2 others, I Restored my settings/contacts from Nokia PC Suite, but seeing as this is a new phone to me, I dont know how to get those 5 icons back, theyre not there anymore? Does anybody know where this setting is?
