Nah that's not totally true. They want to still be high end with MeeGO.
I truly believe that they can be high range. We'll see how long iP4 users want to put up with their broken phones, and if Android users get sick of the OS since it's on virtually everything.
MeeGo definitely has potential, but Nokia is too busy being small time lately on their road to come back...
