Hmm thats actually not a bad suggestion.
It sucks that the chain of priority cannot be applied to this, even if the consumer is willing to pay the extra money. Send to NokiaUSA and have them ship the phone to Nokia Europe, get repaired, send it either to the consumer directly or send it back to NokiaUSA and they return it to the consumer.
To me, thats standing behind your product. Regardless of whether the phone came from ebay or whatever. It shouldn't matter where the phone comes from because either way you've paid money for it. And if they are so anal and adament about the policy then they should pull all the damn phones from ebay!!!!
