Nokia Flagship Stores Start Selling the N95 on 4/7

I heard they were each getting 500 units. I also heard that the NYC store already had 200+ people on their waiting list and that was about 2 weeks ago.

i got the call too! i signed up during the Night with S60 gig... i was trying to hold off for the 6610 Navigator but I'm not leaving my debit/credit card at home so I may not be able to resist

as for the Made in Finland/Nokia build, I asked that question before at the reps and (at least for the other NSeries models they sell at the Flagship store they said they sell models that are mixed between made in Finland, Germany, and "Nokia"......

That'd be most disappointing if I have to pay the sales tax from Georgia for my order and they put it on the US website shortly after. That'd be a straight waste of $60.

I want to know if the NYC store will be selling to the general public tomorrow at noon like the CHI store... What's up with the private sale... Come on Nokia, quit with the games and sell the freaking phone already!

The Chicago's flag ship stores are made in Finland and are Plum. Can't comment on New Yorks, but would only assume they came from the same shipment.

jes called chicago flag ship store and they said they will call me anytime today to reserve me one n95 if they don't sell all their units and i am sure they won't and there will be extra n95 that will be there.

When I asked them last month they told me they don't ship anywhere. I don't know about online orders though.

well there not going to have graphite, but i didn't ask about sand, they just gave me one without asking what I wanted.

Ah well, plum wouldn't be so bad either.

EDIT: I just called the NYC store and they told me they only have plum/silver n95s. Kind of dissapointing, but I imagine different colored faceplates will be out shortly...or maybe I'll be making a custom cover
