Hey,

I was wondering if the Nokia e71x is a bb5 phone? if so, how would i go about unlocking it?
 
i was wondering the same and was checking around seems like either no body knows or are holding out on the info.will someone with the knowledge to help step up or can point us in the right direction

The difference between the Nokia E71x and the previous Nokia E71 which I previously reviewed:

* Nokia E71x will include customizations and probably restrictions from AT&T vs an unlocked Nokia E71. (more on this later)
* Nokia E71x runs on S60 3rd Ed. FP2 vs. S60 3rd Ed. FP1 on E71.

i purchased a nokia e71x unlocked on ebay. I just got it from my friend in US. I am in India I can use the phone with the local service provider but unable to connect to gprs, tried settings but no luck. Is the phone still locked for the gprs facility if so what to do. The wifi connectivity is working fine.
