Nokia E71 Packet Data Settings?

I'm from Australia and bought my E71 with me to use in the US.
The AT&T SIM card works fine and everything it's just the internet.
When I try and connect to the internet it says 'Packet data: Packet data connection not available'
Does anyone know the packet data settings?

Thanks, you're help would be really appreciated!
In settings wizards only e-mail setup shows up. There are no other options.
