Nokia E70: Where are the cases/pouches?

What are you guys using to tote your E70 around in?

I'm not interested in crystal or silicon stuff.

I'm primarily interested in belt clip style pouches. If anyone has EVER seen ANYTHING, please let me know. I've been actively searching for weeks and haven't found anything of quality. Even Nokia doesn't have anything (WTF?)
 
All the cases I've seen are the leather horizontal style (you snap it open, then put the phone in).
None allow you to see who's calling w/o opening the case. I wish someone would design a case that wrapped around both parts of the E70. The most likely company to do this would have been Krusell, but they went w/ the horizontal style as well...

I got mine from seller: gadgetino

I got the leather (top) flip (not book style side flip) it was the case I disliked the least, quality is decent, similiar to krussell, nowhere close to pielframa.

case and fascia options is definitely a bummer. How is the reception on your E70's btw? Mine seems to get fewer bars than all my other phones.
