Nokia E65 speaker problem, only works in loudspeaker, help! 10points?

I got a e65 and I've lost the ability to use the normal speaker when placing and receiving calls. I have to use the loud speaker option to hear anything at all.

I've done a complete phone reset but this has still not resolved the issues.

Any clues as to what could have gone wrong?? and how to fix it??

PLEASE HELP
