Nokia E65 Problem

hello. I just bought a nokia e65, and i get text messages, but i cannot open them. It just doesnt do anything when i try to open it. I tried restarting it many times. what can i do? i tried master reset, but i dont know the code to do it. i have:

it will ask for security code which is by default 12345

you will lose all your information on your phone..

dang. i am have bad luck on this phone. The Phone now wont even recieve messages! it doesnt even show up in the inbox this time!!! help? i think it happend after i did the nokia mms settings. should i master reset again?

dude u have the right settings in your phone??? something sounds whacked out... it should automatically put in the settings in your phone based on your sim card... i'd just master reset it and don't put any settings in there...

MMS settings is for picture messages by the way..

yea. i just did that. All the settings are fine. But i just cant recieve messages!! i can send out messages fine.

try another phone.. if that aint work.. call your provider...

yeah, i just put it in my 8801, and the phone goes crazy with all the texts.. haha. I also tried putting another sim card in this phone, and it still doesnt work. This is making me mad. Would flashing the phone help?

dont think any new flash thing is avaialbe..

i'd try hard resetting again... also double check the settings... u said before u werent having problems receiving messages...

yah. i had trouble opening the messages. But now i cant even GET the messages. =(

its an n95 problem too. just started happening last night/today. thinking its a network issue with symbian60 phones since we're both on the OG at&t wireless
