Nokia E65 Pictures and Information!

I have a slightly different take on this particular news. Though I think it's real, it's the only form factor that's currently missing from the E-Series family, other than the communicator, of course.
 
im not sure about the whole slider, E series deal, i envision E series to all be bar or flip phones. and no metal... ack, Ill stick with the E50, when i ever can afford it.
 
The sheet that Darla posted does not have any information about a 352x416 resolution screen. It DOES, however, have information about a 240x320 screen and a 1200x1600 resolution camera. I'm still going with fake, or at the very least, the specs are poor educated guesses.

I'm surprised it took so many people so long to recognize the N80 in that promo shot, even if its details aren't EXACTLY the same, but that has nothing to do with this thread.

Edit: The E-series is all bar phones and they HAVE made a metal E50, haven't they? Why would any of the E-series be a bar phone?
 
I agree that its more likely that it will not have AF.

On the other hand, this may only come out in the market in Q2 by when AF is much more common. The chief of Nokia Enterprise unit has said cameras, Mp3 players etc will become more common in the Enterprise range phones as well.

Anyway, I would still bet my money on it not having AF.
 
;8519134']why cant nokia make phones that actually look good? well, its a start, at least the phone is thin, that means they are able to make future s60 phones thin as well... i mean, smartphones dont all have to be ugly, look at the moto q or samsung i600... they dont have to be revolutionary, just more pleasing to the eye

cuz honestly, this phone looks like junk to me... looks like a remake of the 6280...
 
Yeah, but it just looks alright. It would look really cool if the face was all black. I like the specs of the E65, but I don't think I would like a slider. The only advantage to sliders are phones with smaller dimensions that have larger screens, right?
 
indeed the larger screen and compact size and feature/functions are ussually more/higher
in a slider form phone....more appealing than candybars style ...slide function for locking and answer/ending calls is nice,,,,,the only candybar style i have liked somewhat is the N73 for its screen size and good camera
 
It is a slim slider to compete against the new sliders from motorola z3 and z6 rizr and sony ericsson w850i. Since 6270, 6280, N80 are so big and bulky
 
ya had it for 1 week...sold it ...haven't updated my handsets on HoFoi needed a S60 9.1 phone at the moment and it was the best price at that time....but still was lacking soo much and form factor was a negative
