Nokia E63 WHEN and WHERE???

Hello I would be interested to find out if Rogers is selling Nokia E63 in Canada
I've seen lately a lot of adds from the people selling this phone and they mention that it's locked to Rogers
However I can't find the phone on their website
Is it a replacement one?An HUP option under 2 years?A gift for certain customers?
