Nokia E62, does anything besides OPERA work!?

I just got my grubby mits on this phone and went online trying to get my favorite S60 apps for it, putty, profimail, etc.

Much to my dismay only opera worked. Am I doing something wrong? This is a S60v3 phone right?

Anyone having the same problem?
 
It was a message about a license. I went into settings and fixed it, now im battling with my "always ask" issue that looks like it cannot be fixed
