Nokia E62: Calls don't come in when there's an active data connection?

Yesterday, I was checking some football scores on a Yahoo page with the web browser and it was automatically refreshing every 60 seconds, but no calls would come through rather everything went straight to voicemail. Is there a way to make calls a priority so the data connection stops and lets the call through?
 
if you're surfing regularly, calls do come in, and it puts the data connection on hold. If it's actively downloading, though, it'll send them straight to voicemail. I think. It's supposed to give calls priority, though.
