Well there are two nokia phones that support A2DP, 8800/8801 firmwares 3.94 and newer. I think that the N93 and phones like that will support it as well but I havent seen them yet. Those two though support A2DP and AVRCP BT Profiles. However I read that there is a company called i-tech that has an app called MSI BluePlayer which adds the functionality to any S60 phone, but you have to use their headset with it - but it does work.

More Info.... check http://bluetooth-alsa.sourceforge.net/ people have been rumored to get A2DP working for a number of headsets on S60 phones as well.

Use the theme studio and open up a new theme with 240x320 pix in size.
Then drag an image with the size of 320x240 onto the active background rectangle in theme studio from the browser tab on the right side.
Click on 'layers' in the category 'layer effects' in the toolbox to bring up a box showing your actual layers.
Click on the tiny arrow right of the mini-preview in that box so that a list of layer effects appears beneath the mini-preview (probably only having 'Apply Graphics' in it)
Click again the new tiny arrow right of 'Apply Graphics' so another box shows up.
Select the scaling mode 'with aspect ratio'.
Hit ok and after closing all the additionally opened boxed hit 'save' at the bottom of the active background preview.

The pencil / edit key is now the Blue Shift Key

I third the sticky nomination of this thread! This is my second day with my E61 and I'm loving it so far!!!! The official thread is great, but a FAQ is very necessary too!
 
Well, unfortunately i am no longer able to edit the Actual FAQ, so what we can do is, everyone add or question things under it, and if we have to we will do a 2.0 version with the additions. If the mods sticky this one, then they will have to take over ownership or something so someone can continue to edit the post.

I have two things to add to the post. An actual screen shot from SUPER video converter with working settings for video conversion, and information about video based podcasts.

Can I record phone conversations or voicemail with the E61?
Yes once in the call, press the voice record button on the side below the volume and recording begins.

Note:There is a small audible tone every few seconds to allow the other person to hear the call, but other than that the recording doesnt have the sound.

The file is saved in AMR format and is very good quality typically.

How can I turn off UMTS network searching to save battery life?
Some users have experienced battery drainage problems, if the network is set to search for UMTS networks and there isnt one available.

Add 2 things:

Is there a way to dial alpha phone numbers (1-800-EAT-FOOD)?
(No.)

In the music player app, more shortcuts, much easier than using the stick:
4 - Previous song. Press and hold to rewind.
6 - Next song. Press and hold to fast forward.
5 - Play/Pause toggle
 
Good one, they did leave off the characters on the keypad, ran into this yesterday ordering pizza for the kids. I think Blackberrys and treos have the same issue, excluding the treo dialing in on screen mode.

I wonder if some on screen app which displays a real phone keypad while you dial would solve this?

Both good adds though!
 
The answer is yes you can, and yes this can be added to the FAQ. The issue I have found is, finding sites that allow streaming in the real format.

When I was on ATT there was a real portal which had all kind of stuff, like weather, etc etc. I think its a shame that they have made licensing agreements NOT to offer this to the public. I dont want to have to be on ATT Mplan or Tmobile TZones to get media.

The creator should offer it to all of us. If you want to charge for it thats different, but dont segregate it by phone service provider and leave the rest of the world hanging.
