Nokia E61 AutoUpdate clock error

Is it a known issue for the S60 phones using auto update of clock time to be off by a couple of hours and even ~20 mins?

I am using the Rogers/Fido network in Canada btw. thanks!
 
If I reboot my E50 with autoupdate enabled (T-Mobile), it always "loses" two hours and thinks it's GMT -5 -- yet still says San Francisco (so "-0500 San Francisco"). Some stupid bug in firmware for sure; I've just turned off autoupdate until it's fixed some day in a new firmware release.
