Nokia E50 N00b Email Questions...

I just bought a Nokia E50 as a backup/casual partner to my Treo 680 which is not exactly slim and trim, and does not fit comfortably in jeans or shirt pockets.

But, I am a total n00b to the Symbian OS. I have two personal email accounts that I want to load onto my phone, and have the phone auto-sync with them every 15-30 minutes. They are both pop3 available accounts, so that's not a problem...I hope.

Please give me a step-by-step tutorial on how to set up my phone so that I can get my email on the run easily and efficiently.

i think there is a guide over at e-series.org if not it is pretty easy with a pop3 account, just basically setting up a new mailbox and entering in the correct info.
