Nokia CP-93 carry case

The thing I dislike about the Nokia accessories page is that they don't put measurements on the cases, and Nokia doesn't make a specific phone case.

I have the CP-74 (vertical case) in the classifieds which would fit perfectly height and lenght wise, but is alittle too thin.

So when will they make a specific case for the 6280?

If I developed cases for Nokia, I would make the case fit exactly my phone, leather, and have a plastic clear screen so that I could see who's calling without taking it out of the case. Instead I bought a Nokia case that Nokia believes to fit my phone, but doesn't.

I am sorry to hear that you bought a Nokia case that doesn't exactly fit, however, there is hope in purchasing a Krusell case from the links below. I believe this is what you are looking for, not a Nokia design but nevertheless a very good alternative. Or?

I've had one for a few months now but never opened as I sold my E70-2 right before I got it.

The case looks very nice so I'm keeping it around until I get an N73 Music Edition

The only thing I know I'm not gonna like about it is the 2 1inch diamater velcro patches that keep the lid closed:

I have a CP-93 for my N80, but I don't use it anymore because the two plastic patches which are on the inside of the lid scratched my phone. They should have put the soft side of the velcro there, like in CP-68 for instance.

I am currently using the CP-93 with my N73. I bought the case in Singapore at SGD22 (about USD15). Is fully leather in brown colour as shown in the picture above.

The case fit very tight in the beginning of usage. I believe after 2-3 months of usage, it will get loosen to Just Nice fitting.

Just through my experience of using Nokia casing over the years, the "velcro" (the closing of the casing) is not very durable. After one year of usage, it will get loose - this mean the case will not close very tight. However, the quality of the leather is superb, no doubt.

Another comment for the CP93 is that - it is not very convenient to charge your phone while the phone is in the case itself. The bottom of the case is not designed to allow the charger port to be exposed clearly - i.e. there is no dedicated hole in the case for you to plug in the charger. You need the adjust the case so that it is opened a bit in order to charge the phone. Hard to explain - but I believe you get the picture

Also there is no way to use the pop port while the phone is in the case itself.

So I kinda regret using the casing but I like the design and the quality of the leather so it is up to you to decide. My opinion is not to use this CP93 for the N73.

Try to get another casing - other brands (also fully leather) which is designed for Nokia phones. Make sure there is some dedicated opening for the charging port and pop-port for the N73

Thanks for those links! I thought about that one but the one thing I don't like about it is the way the top opens. The one I want is the Krusell Voguish but all the vendors I asked won't give me the dimensions. They recommend the medium size (fits the N90 like my CP-74 case) so I'm thinking maybe it fit into the small size.
