nokia 7610 bluetooth question

hey ppl,
ive got a nokia 7610 and i want 2 know why i cant send polyphonic ringtones via bluetooth to any other device which has blutooth. i tried sending a ringtone 2 my frend but on the mobile screen it said 'unable to send copyrighted item'.
doez ne1 kno watz wrong?

If you download FExplorer and use it to rename the file to a different extention you can send them then!
