NOKIA 7230 problem..strange KEY SIGN.please help?

i bought it last week. the internet is working.gprs activated.but if i downloaded any application from the net , a strange key sign appears on the application's icon,and it doesnt work.it disconnocted immidiatly.i downloaded both NIMBUZZ and EBUDDY,the same thing happend,i need 2 chat with my freinds,please help
