im a guy needs help

Basically , my phone hasn't been getting texts for the past few days (and today in 2 stages they all have turned up) , Im in the UK on the dolphin Orange package an usually top up £30 a month and get Unlimited texts. Last month i missed it and only put a £10 and it changed on Sunday (not sure if that's the problem) So my package went down 2 300 texts.
I don't wont to ring orange because the call gets sent to India and have had problems before, they are annoying!
ANY BODY ELSE had similar problem ? this is a big problem , whats happening ?
