nokia 6310i drops out regular

Hello,

we use about 20 nokia 6310i phones in our company, about 80% of them is unusable at this moment because they drop out multiple times a day, is there somebody who knows a way to solve this problem or work around it? so i don't need to throw away all phones...

What service are you using? Do the phones work fine outside but not in the office?

IMHO, I don't think it's the phone issue.

Could it be due to the network coverage issue? I mean the reception strength at the place you use it?
