hi i' ve not long had this phone june to be exact... and i have phoned virgin about problem im having numerous occasions. sum reason i cant receive mms pic messages... from other people etc... i have sent me self a photo and its says unknown net work... retrieve , so in when trying to retrieve its says error,,,, can any body help me please. :-(
