just got the nokia 6265I i 2 days ago this phone is nice i love it but one problem everytime i send a pic message it says message failed to send and when i try and retrieve one it either says unable to retrieave or it says opening but then freezes the phone anything i can do about this its really annoying

call customer care and tell them what happened. ask them to refresh the picture messaging on the account. don't get off the phone with them until it works tho.

will do thanx...... and one more question when i want to change the loudness of the ringer by pressing the up and down keys located on the right side of the phone it doesnt affect the ringer i have to go into the settings menu>profile and change it from there. is there anyway to change the loudness of the ringer with having to goto the settings menu?

the up and down arrow keys adjusts the ringer volume on mine. what do they do on yours?

all they do is turn up and down the volume of music and turns up and down the volume in a conversation

hmm you're absolutely right. it does the same on mine.. i never adjust the volume though so it doesn't bother me too much. sorry

I don't know if this will help, but the 6265i has a setting that allows it to scale an image down before sending it.

I noticed that this helped make the sending faster and more reliable when sending between my 6265i and my Razr.
