usually if it gets to 100% and then says failed it's because Picture messaging is not enabled on the account... but if you already called CS the should have checked that, and refreshing it would have fixed it. Did the person you talked to sound like they were from denver, or from outside the country? Well actually the dealer line seams to almost always connect to someone out of the country, but if you already know how to fix the problem it don't matter who you talk to as long as they can follow instructions.
