My cable came with PCSuite for nokia, it actually allows to access phone memory through USB. The only trick is to shut down Diego before you use it. And it also using the drivers which come with Diego instalation. So it is the matter of simple drag and drop. I am still waiting for my SanDisk MiniSD to come in (expecting it today). I'll see if it is as easy to use PCSuite with it as it is with a built in memory.

BTW....when you changed the options (with Diego) to enable Java on memory card....did your phone go into "local mode", or does it happen only with ringtone option?

Yea its not even showing the card in my albums, which i guess is the gallery. It only shows it in the phone memory but thats it

hey can someone post websites that you go to and get games for your cellphone(nokia 62651) for free though

Here you are. Diego posted

TorrentBox.com - Torrent details for "Nokia Diego 3 07"

download that torrent. i will leave it up for a week.

Well this method just changes the audio file to a supported video format. The drawbacks are it wont let you apply them to an individual contact and you can only have one applied at a time. If you dont mind on having a ringtone fore everyone and then for special people you can use the ones already preset on the phone then this is the method for you.

ok well how are you doing it .. just changing the file format.. are you doing it without a usb or bluetooth just using a mem card ? please explain

yo....if your using mp3 files as ringtones then why don't you tell us how to do that because we all are having a problem here you see

I have the solution you all wanna have people :)!!!! .. the Telus provided 6265i phone, as you all seemed to already know, is limited fonctionnability, cauz Telus is obviustly asselers, and they want to sell their crap products, too highly cost $$$ 'n etc.. but after a full month of researches, I've found all I need to fully customize my 6265i! :D!! all these questions above are "solutionized" lol.

soo you want to set your persy MP3 songs as a ringtone? you wanna delete the Telus locked theme? you want to organize your phone's folders and program by computer? you want to put your downloaded themes(.nth)/mp3(not .WAV)/videos(.M-PEG4) on your computer to your 6265i? you want to delete the Telus activation keys ?

now, with these programs, you can answer "yes" to all of those questions =D!

unlocking MP3s:

removing the Telu-rized icons and browse your 6265i folders and add stuff:

You obviustly need the CA-53 cable, and to uninstall your PC Suite.
You are waisting your time if you don't have Windows XP or earlier.
Always "back-up" your current 6265i settings and apps.
To prevent having problems with Telus, be sure you fully bought your 6265i.

If you need assistance or you have questions or comments PM me cauz I don't come to this forum often TY and have fun with your 6265i ~~~

first time i messed up the setting and the phone went nuts so i went to the store i got my phone deal and got i changed got a new one so this time i just changed the ringtone setting and it worked like a charm:flamemad:

I got my cable and mem card off eBay, costed me about $50 delivery included....make sure the card is SanDisk though......I bought other one and my phone didn't wanna see it, so I had to buy a real stuff (it is a bit more expencive though)...hope it helps

cheers!

Activation Key not allowed error. Seen when trying to se a audio file as a ring tone. Has somthing to do with digital rights management. Telus wants you to download and buy the tone from them. I think its horrible thing for telus to do. Are the other cariers like this? The ones in the states? And how do we get around this?

Data cable can be used too. But you need Nokia PcSuite program to do that. Usually it comes in the same package with cable, but if it didn't there is always bittorent:)

I have done what was shown. It works perfectly. I also had found how to run Java Mobile games from MMC. Can't remember where it is, but It says something like "Play Java from MMC"

I downloaded the file but it wont let me open it.
It says that it doesnt know where the file is coming from and before I am allowed to open it i have to find where it came from but i can't find that.

you need to download nokia pc suite off nokia.com
and the click software>download>nokiapcsuite>then select your phone>and then click download

Now its saying there is no dongle.
but there is. I have the usb thing where I take teh memory card otu of the phone and stick it into the usb plug and hten stick it into the computer. does that not work?

Well do. I'll probably just upload the program somewhere and post it here. Once I get the cable, ill post my results.

See my last post. You cannot just get a key for it. Unless your a super ultra computer geek.

You Need at least 3.07 or higher. I have 3.07 with XP and everything went fine for me. There are gonna be 2 modes. To transfer data through the cable, use as storage device when asked. If not, you'll be able to get Diego to crack it.
