Nokia 6233 or Samsung E900? I Just Can't Decide

i've narrowed it down to these 2 phones..... which one has the features that i need:

1.)Excellent Sound Quality from MP3 Player

2.)TV Out

3.)Better Video Recording(not choppy, slow and jerky like on the SDA)

4.)Which one is Louder?


Can anyone help?
 
I would choose the 6233 over the E900

1)Im not sure which one has better Mp3 Quality
2)The 6233 does not have TV out (correct me someone if Im wrong) but the E900 does.
3)The 6233 Can do videos in 640x480 resolution and the E900 can do videos in CIF (i dont know the resolution for that but I think its 320x240)
4)The 6233 has dual speakers so I guess the 6233 is louder?
