in think nokia 6188 is a cdma phone no sim card. you need a pro to unlock this kind of phone

Clearnet was bought out by Telus and I was using my 6188 on Telus as I was a Clearnet customer when the change happened.
Shouldn't be a problem to use it on Telus. Trying it on Bell would be a different story.
