Nokia 6102i Changing Phone to Sim Memory

I have a Nokia 6102i, but the screen broke and my contacts were saved on phone memory. I'd like to change that to sim memory, but I need someone to give me the step-by-step procedure like press up, down 3 times, select, etc because I can't see a thing.

Please help, someone! I have so many numbers in this phone!
