Nokia 6101 or Samsung t219 for T-Mobile Prepaid?

It's finally time for me to put my $61 (thank you Target) $100 card to use, but which phone should I get? I'm trying to decide between the Nokia 6101 and the Samsung t219. I'm not real concerned about cute features that I'll never use. Rather, the most important criteria are:

Reception and clarity.
Build quality and durability.
Ease of use.
Battery life (winner here is probably the Samsung).

The two features that I do like on the Nokia are the crappy camera and the FM radio reception.

So far, as I see it:

Nokia 6101: Less expensive, more features, not red/pink in color, won't fit as well in a pants pocket because of the antenna nub, older phone (early 2005).

Samsung t219: More expensive, newer phone (released 2007), better battery, possibly higher quality phone, fewer features. (Does it have a vibrate option?)

I returned the 6030 to Target after I got in on the $100 card + Nokia 6030 for $88 deal. I got $27.50 back for the phone, essentially getting the $100 card for $60.50. Now T-Mobile has a better deal available.

So, after some research I decided to go with the Nokia 6101 for $50. The deal is that it comes with a $25 phone card (which I'll turn into 250 minutes) and it might also include a $15 card (standard with the phone). Now I'm just hoping that I can get the phone activated without having to use the $15 card since I'm hoping to turn that into 150 minutes after I add the $100 card to it.

Phone doesn't have to be activated unless you are talking about the SIM card. If you already has a SIM card, just pop it in and done. If you want to activate the SIM, call T-Mobile and activate the SIM with your $100 card. You don't have to use the $15 or the $25 card.

Yes, I will need to activate the Sim card since this will be my first ever cell phone. (I've been living in the stone ages.) It's good to know that I can call them and activate it with the $100 card. Thanks a lot.
