Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Application Problem !! Please Helpp?

I have a got a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic
Today i observed that my ' application ' folder is not opening
When i click on it ...Its shows me a message.. " Memery Full . Close some applications and try again "
My memory is not full...Out of 8 GB ...Only 4 Gb is been used
Plzz Help me out to get me access to the Application folder... !!
 
First restart ur phone.
If the problem persists,u should check any hidden application is running.If ur ram is completely full ,u can get this error.
If the problem persists again,take a back up of ur phone memory and go to ur nearby nokia care.They will flash ur mobile and there wont be any problems
